Unlike diaphragm, rotary lobe, and PC pumps, the peristaltic design of the Watson Marlow Bredel hose pumps incorporates no shifting components that come into contact with the product. pressure gauge น้ำมัน has no seals, ball-checks, diaphragms, glands, immersed rotors, stators or pistons to leak, clog, corrode or replace.
Bredel hose pumps also get rid of the need for ancillary tools similar to dry run safety, seal water flush systems and in-line check valves. A hose change takes only minutes and can be performed in-situ without special tools or skilled personnel.
The pumped fluid is totally contained in a long-life hose, protecting operation and upkeep personnel and the setting from undesirable spillages or exposure to chemical substances. Flow is entirely impartial of suction and discharge circumstances. The Bredel hose is precision machined to make sure circulate stability and pump performance in tough fluid handling applications.
These industrial pumps achieve move charges up to 475 GPM, transferring up to 80% solids in suspension.
