The new Parque das Baleias (Whale Park) floating manufacturing, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel which is heading to Brazil will be equipped with Sulzer water injection pumps.

Sulzer will provide four packaged pump units, which embrace a 9.7 MW motor, the 8-stage HPcp pump and all the auxiliary gear required for the difficult offshore setting.

Sulzer has a long-standing relationship with the engineering procurement and building (EPC) company concerned in the challenge.
