US industrial distributor and service supplier OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can additionally be a full-service supplier of all forms of rotating equipment, with in-house and area service capabilities. The company has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a staff of 28 workers.
The acquired business will operate beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
