Shell Retail and Convenience Operations LLC, a completely owned subsidiary of Shell Oil Products US (Shell), has completed the acquisition of sure company-owned gasoline and comfort retail websites from the Landmark group of companies (Landmark). The acquisition also consists of supply agreements for the independently operated fuel and comfort sites.
