US industrial distributor and service provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered supplier of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum techniques and compressors.

ePumps can be a full-service provider of all types of rotating equipment, with in-house and field service capabilities. ไดอะแฟรม ซีล has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired business will function beneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, said: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with additional territory coverage, prime product lines and adding further service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to bring them into the OTC portfolio.”

OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has nearly 65 locations all through the United States, and greater than forty service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to greater than 1600 employees.
