Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater purposes, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio company of personal fairness agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The company, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump techniques and the Oil Minder pump and management answer, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired final October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers as well as accessories required for set up. Dreno Pompe’s pumps are used in residential, municipal and industrial applications, together with development and shipbuilding. The company’s Compatta and GRIX product lines are for domestic and residential wastewater needs whereas the Kappa line is a collection of construction pumps for abrasive materials.
Dreno’s Emiliano Conforto and Fabiana Conforto will proceed to serve as working leader and business and administrative leader, respectively. The Dreno identify will proceed and its manufacturing facility will stay within the Veneto region of Italy.
