The modal attenuator from Emerson is a full-bore system offering 15-decibel sound suppression to reduce back noise inside pipes produced by sources upstream, such as management valves or different gadgets. เกจวัดแรงดันน้ำ10บาร์ is installed downstream of these units in place of a pipe spool piece, it generates no extra strain drop, and has no influence on course of move.
Until now, all solutions have generated important strain drop, reduced flow, and/or introduced obstructions. This has led some customers to install acoustic insulation to pipe sections to scale back noise, but this could be costly and cumbersome to put in, and it does nothing to reduce inner piping noise. The modal attenuator addresses these and different issues with a drop-in answer, bettering employee safety and regulatory compliance, whereas decreasing the danger of injury to downstream gear due to excessive noise ranges inner to piping.
Leading functions for the modal attenuator include these where upstream process flows are changed by management valves, strain aid valves, pumps, compressors and other units that generate noise. Many of those gadgets must be installed in lengths of piping with no flow restrictions downstream, and the modal attenuator works nicely in these applications as a result of it introduces no such restrictions.
In addition, the modal attenuator does not introduce an obstruction into the piping, so it could be utilized in purposes where particulates are suspended in process flows, and/or where pigging is required for cleaning and upkeep.
WhisperTube gadgets are supplied in sizes from 2–12 in, with American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME) flange scores of Class a hundred and fifty, 300 and 600. Pressure rankings match the flange rating sizes, and the maximum temperature is 700°F (371° C).
