Atlas Copco has agreed to amass National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US manufacturer of business vacuum pumps and packages for cellular use on tanker trucks.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs round one hundred folks.

When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, inside Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique enterprise area.
